My name is Joseph Drescher and I am the operator of GOAT BIKE CO aka 'GOAT Bike Deli'. As a courier in NYC, around 2005 I became enamored with urban cycling, specifically singlespeed and track bikes due to the simple nature of these machines. I studied under Lance at his Brooklyn framebuilding workshop called SquareBuilt for many years, watching every night as he would plug away at making bikes for many of the fastest racers and best riders in the city. I was hooked. Fast forward over 20 years and I am still framebuilding and still learning. What I love is making the absolute best bicycle frames and components possible. Street tested. Rider Approved.

G.O.A.T. originated as a small grass roots bicycle club in NYC of like minded individuals who were tied together through their love for the bike. Beer, fun and debauchery came next. G.o O.ut A.nd T.ry ! G.O.A.T.!

All steel frames are currently handmade in Richmond Virginia. Some components, like our titanium line are produced overseas with a partnership factory.
